Terry Flick spent most of his adult life living in the Dallas area. His career spans decades in the Corporate retail world, which included J.C. Penney and Zale Corporation. During his twenty years with Zale Corporation, Terry was a Buyer, Senior Director of Sourcing, and the Director of Fashion Merchandising.

Will began his career by attending gunsmithing school at Murray State College in Oklahoma. He earned his Associates' Degree in Gunsmithing Sciences and jumped headfirst into pursuing his passion in the firearms industry.

Endri “Dre” Kennon is the Chief Range Safety Officer and Firearms Instructor for Republic Gun Club. Dre is Retired Marine Crops Infantry where he deployed multiple times overseas in support of Combat Operations in various countries.

Faith is the Lead Supervisor and a Certified Range Safety Officer. Faith has a passion for helping people and creating an enjoyable work environment. She takes great pride in her work and strives to be the best that she can be. In her free time, Faith enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and learning new skills.

Originally from the state of Jefferson, Lindsay relocated to Waco in the Republic of Texas in 2022 after more than nine years as a university physics lab manager in Southern California.
