Ray served over 28 years in law enforcement with three different agencies in Los Angeles County. He began his tenure with his last agency, the Santa Monica College Police Department, as a Sergeant in 2009 and retired at the rank of Captain in June of 2018...

Terry Flick spent most of his adult life living in the Dallas area. His career spans decades in the Corporate retail world, which included J.C. Penney and Zale Corporation. During his twenty years with Zale Corporation, Terry was a Buyer, Senior Director of Sourcing, and the Director of Fashion Merchandising.

Shane is the Director of Memberships, Training/Events, and Community Outreach at Republic Gun Club. A U.S. Army veteran, former Texas police officer, and firearms instructor, Shane is passionate about helping members feel welcome, confident, and connected. In his role, he focuses on membership growth, training programs, special events, and community partnerships.
